We pay great attention to the children’s good food-balance. We have excluded industrial catering and thereafter entrusted the meals to a professional and local craftsman: “Les Délices du Traiteur” in Gland, specialised in school catering.

We also want to spread and sustain our relationships with regional producers.

Finally, we think it essential to sensitise the children with what they eat. With this in mind, we want to give them the opportunity to prepare some if their food themselves. Menus are available on our site from the Thursday of the previous week, which allows parents to foresee and plan their evening meals in due time.
